Construction Documents
The fourth stage, Construction Documents, flows very directly out of Design Development and is when all the concepts and ideas become a complete
set of drawings that can be used to get final cost numbers, obtain a building permit and are ultimately for the contractor to build from.
After the Construction Documents phase is complete, we always welcome questions from the owner and/or contractor to clarify design intent. This is included as
a part of the fees for the design process outlined above.
