  This is another example of how very accurately the models can project reality and offer an additional level of confidence that you've made the right decision before construction begins. In the project shown above (Room for More), we were pleased that the level of the grade was actually able to hug the building much closer than we had anticipated. The half-level office was supposed to feel like it nestled into the ground, but the addition of planting and more precise dirt-work on the real thing creates exactly the desired result.
  It's also noteworthy that at the time of the photograph, the wood "rain screen" shown in the model has not yet been installed. When this final detail is completed, the effect will be even closer to the reality the model projected.
