Design Development
The third phase, Design Development, starts the process of fully developing the design of a single chosen scheme. This is the point at which
conversations about materials, textures, and colors, and what kind of windows or bathroom fixtures you want to use, etc. work their way into the conversation. We
look into any structural concerns, and check the plans for code compliance as the sizes of different pieces become more concrete. After things are adjusted during
this phase, we will meet with you to get your approval and make any relevant decisions.
