Kitchen-Retreat
The redesign expanded the food preparation area of the kitchen, and redirected traffic so guests could have room to be in the kitchen, but not in the way. The space left over no longer holds a regular table, but two large comfy chairs around a smaller table, with a great view to the backyard, and an intimate connection to the small wall fireplace for cooler days. This has become her favorite place to relax, and her pets enjoy it, too!
