The Perch

    next image

In the family's own words, the rambler they had purchased a few years ago worked for them, but wasn't great. Living with a combination of six children, some with some special needs requiring extra supervision, home schooling, and a requirement for a home office for Dad that will still allow him to interface with clients in an uninterrupted fashion, they made the decision to add space onto their home, but knew they wanted help making sure they did it in the most reasonable way. The end result essentially doubles the size of the existing rambler, but careful attention was taken to ensure that the house didn't appear imposingly large from the outside.
