Lake Jewel
Even something as simple as a hallway can become a thing of beauty when attention is given to it. This hall from the main level bedroom centers on the window in the entry which is aligned with one of the huge pine trees on the site. On the left, the space under the stair was made into a little hidey-hole for grandchilren, complete with gnome sculpture up above, hinting at the playful space hidden behind the half-height door.
